Apex Van Skid for Drone Washing

Description

The Apex van skid is the ultimate van setup for commercial drone washing applications. It features a high-capacity pure water system and heavy-duty commercial grade pumps.

Skid Frame & Platform: Constructed of premium aluminum, tig welded in house by our fabrication team. Main platform dimensions 96”Lx48”W. Overall height is 60”. This skid is designed to fit high top commercial vans such as the Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster or Mercedes Sprinter with a minimum cargo length of 96”.  *Cargo length of 120”-144” is recommended for additional storage space*

Pressure Wash System: The skid is equipped with an 8.0 gallon-per-minute, 3500 psi industrial high-pressure pump. The pump is a gear driven industrial, triplex plunger pump and is powered via a Honda GX690 electric start engine with RigLink remote start/stop. Stainless steel platform & vibration isolators included.

Pressure Wash Chemical Injection: RigLink remote downstream injector bypass ClearView V4 soap selector.

Soft Wash System: The soft wash system is a gear driven Comet P40 diaphragm pump 11.5 gallons per minute at 300 psi. The pump is powered by an electric start Honda GX160/GX200 engine w/RigLink remote start/stop. The pump and engine are mounted to a corrosion resistant stainless-steel platform with vibration isolators.

• Chemical Metering System: The soft wash pump is connected to a ClearView Hydro-Mixer XL. This system eliminates batch mixing and allows you to mix water, chemicals and soap while cleaning. The valves come with labels for estimating output ratios so you can rapidly and accurately change the mix of the products you are applying. This Hydro-Mixer has the following valve controls: raw water, soap, chem, DI water. A soap selector valve allows you to switch between two soaps.  RigLink remote rinse module to turn chemical/soap on/off.

Pure Water System: 4 Stage RO/DI Filtration

• 10” sediment and 10” carbon prefilters
• (3) Reverse Osmosis membranes
• (1) High-capacity DI resin tank
• 110-volt booster pump
• Inline dual TDS meter to measure incoming water and filtered water quality

Tanks: (1) 200-gallon raw/DI water tank, (1) 55-gallon chem tank, (2) 7-gallon soap tanks

Hose Reels & Hose: (3) 12” electric reels with aluminum frames and stainless-steel internals

• High Pressure: (1) 12” electric reel w/200’x3/8” high pressure hose (grey non-marking)
• Water Supply: (1) 12” electric reel w/200’x5/8” water supply hose
• Soft Wash: (1) 12” electric reel w/100’x5/8”+200’x3/8” soft wash hose

Electrical: The skid comes with a group 27 marine deep-cycle battery for powering the electronics. The battery is protected inside a waterproof box. All electronics are wired through a waterproof fuse panel to protect the motors and wiring if a power surge occurs. The fuse panel also has an on / off switch. An onboard charger is also installed to make charging the battery easier.
