Policies, Refunds, Returns, Warranty, Free Shipping

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipping. Cancelled orders will be refunded less any payment processing fees and are subject to a 10% fee when cancelling an entire order or custom order. Partial order cancellation will be assessed a 10% fee only on items cancelled. No fee for order changes or substitutions. You may cancel an order after it has shipped or while it is in transit. Refunds will be processed upon us receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer . Upon receipt of item, we will issue a refund less original shipping charges (if any), any credit card processing fees. Order cancellation after shipping may be subject to a 10% restocking fee as well.

All products have a 30 day return policy. You may return any unused, undamaged item to us within 30 days for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges from original order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If item is damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging, damages incurred will be reflected in the refund amount. Midwest Washing Equipment does not offer return labels or pay for return shipping.

Midwest Washing Equipment warrants that each wash rig, component or accessory it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (1) year from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers the following:

Structural Integrity 5 Years: The main frame and body of the wash rig will be free from manufacturing defects. This includes all welded frames, stands, tank racks, components…

Electrical Components 1 Year: The electrical system including wiring, fuse panels, batteries, remote receivers & transmitters, electric valves… will be free from defects in design and function under normal usage.

Mechanical Components 1 Year: valves, check valves, electric valves…

Manifold Hydro-Mixer Components 5 years: manifolds 

Accessories, wear items 30 days: Any accessories supplied with the wash rig are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes hoses, nozzles, nozzle holders, guns, wands, quick connects...

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage or wear caused by normal usage, including but not limited to abrasion, rust, and aging of materials. Improper Use or Maintenance: Any damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the Manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines.

Damage due to overtightening of fittings, stripped or cross threaded fittings, improper thread sealant usage, freezing…

Damage Due to Environmental Conditions: Exposure to extreme weather conditions, chemicals, or abrasive substances that cause damage to the wash rig components.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage caused by alterations or repairs made by third parties or unauthorized service providers.

Consumables: Parts such as filters, gaskets, seals, lubricants, and other consumable items that wear out with usage.

4. Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, the Customer must:

Notify MWE in writing, email or by phone of any defects or malfunctions.

Provide proof of purchase, including the serial number (if applicable) and the date of purchase.

Follow all reasonable requests from MWE for product evaluation, repair, or replacement.

5. Remedies

If the wash rig, component or accessory is found to be defective under this warranty, MWE will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective product at no charge.

Replace the defective product or part with a new or refurbished one of equivalent quality.

6. Limitations of Liability

The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive warranty for the wash rig, component, accessory and MWE disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Midwest Washing Equipment be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. MWE will not be held liable for any punitive damage, lost wages, lost profits, damage to property or person, plant life, wildlife from the use, proper or improper, of equipment or products sold and distributed by Midwest Washing Equipment .

7. Transferability

This warranty is transferable.

8. Products not manufactured by Midwest Washing Equipment will carry the manufacturer’s specific warranty

A. Honda Small Engine Warranty

The Honda GX/iGX engines used in wash rigs are covered by the Honda Power Equipment Limited Warranty. Honda provides a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship as follows:

Duration: Honda covers the engine for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

B. General Pump Warranty

General Pumps, used in MWE wash rigs, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years:
